Upcoming Classes:
For a $20 donation to the shelter, you can join instructors Lisa & Noelle for an hour of yoga and fun with all of the cats. All participants must sign up through this registration platform, and bring your own yoga mat, towel (optional), and water bottle (optional). You must be 16 years of age or older to participate. Hurry!
Space is limited to 10 people per session. Don't worry, if you miss this first session, we will be hosting future sessions on a bi-weekly basis. Please be aware that you are participating at your own risk, and Good Mews cannot be held responsible for any injuries, though the risk is very low. Be respectful of the kitties, and they will respect you! We look forward to seeing you!!!
